What's wrong with grey.....but why is it on a used car lot? Mileage drives the price on these cars, $40K seems high but I bet they have room to come down. $30K+ would be reasonable especially if these cars are ever going to appreciate.

nothings wrong with grey, but i'd prefer silver or black. Theres some really nice grey ones with the E63 conversion in the picture thread. I can say I'm not a fan of the red seats in these model years.

the thing is its hard to find one with 80,000KM-120,000KM in Canada. I've been hunting there's a ton on the market with 220,000KM plus. I'd like something with a little less milage, that will be my weekend/trip summer car.

Nice car! I am biased as I have a 2005 with 25k miles, but I would not let go of it for less than 30k, no way... there is low miles cars and then there is low miles cars! If its been properly maintained and stored right, then I think it might be worth the asking price, but if is low mileage but shows wear and tear like a 100k miles car, then probably not worth it.
