How can I tell if my car will work with these headlights?
I am in the market for new lights, DEPO is an option but they are almost $400 for my year specifically. I'm getting a PLM cooler installed so i wanna use the opportunity to replace my cracked foggy stock headlight with something straight out of Need For Speed Underground 2
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Xenon-Type-2...VX9Z5p&vxp=mtr
How can I find out if these will fit my E55? They're affordable and look REAL FRIGGIN NEATO
My lights glow blue when I turn em on, but I think when I hit the brights they glow... uh... regular. The car came like this so I'm not sure what even is going on here.
Now, car lighting is literally a mystery to me, I have head of xenon and HID and all this **** and I see all these cars with cool LED mods and what the **** not but I am literally too stupid to wrap my mind around it.
Help me fellas
PS: Does anyone have pictures of a silver or gray car with these lights? Trying to imagine what mine will look like with them.. I have a black wrapped roof and rear lip so they'll be a great accend addition to go along with the black **** that's already on there

Those will look really dumb IMO, but should fit.
if it was my car, I'd replace the headlight lenses, they can be had for around $50 on the bay.

From the eBay description they will fit, but I question the look, as they have a black interface, and your car is silver. Might not look right, will work on a black car but maybe not silver.

Yeah that's sorta what I'm worried about too, if the year was 2005 those lights would be COOLIO but nowadays they look riced the heck out.
They do sell normal looking ones too.
The reason i have to replace the whole light assembly is because my driver side light is damaged, the hole where you bolt it down to the frame when you open the hood is all mangled. I took it to a place to get the lights cleaned, they pressed on the light assembly too hard and broke it even further.
I assume there was some front end damage on my car as well, I have an E63 bumper and noticeably painted fenders.

Then I would just purchased the silver coated faces. That way you eliminate the conflicting contrast.

Will they be plug and play though... it states they only fit with factory HID option, which I am not sure if I have or not (because I'm confused whether my blueish glowing lights are HID, or xenon, or LED, or just regular old artisan lightbulbs made by a hipster in Portland)

If you really want to know, punch your vin into this and at the bottom is all of your options.

Someone else on here asked about those recently (past month?) and someone with a silver car posted pics of them installed. Try a little bit of searching.

I found some and I don't mind how they look but I think I'll go with these

however the halogen equivalent is THIS much more expensive (which is understandable because they're for an older model)
