Not sure what's happening lol

Ok so I'm not really sure what's happening with my car but I need to figure it out. So for starters, the check engine light came on the other day heading home from work. Now the car seems to be fine as it's driving fine, no odd sounds or anything....But I'm starting to have some really odd internal things.

First when I went to lock the car with the key fob, the doors lock but the *chirp doesn't happen...then the lights flash a few times and then the alarm goes off. I press the unlock and again the doors unlock but no *chirp. By the 3rd time of locking the car the chirp finally happens the car locks and it's all good. At first I thought it was the battery in the fob so I replaced it. But it's still happening and even does it when I push the button on the door handle itself to lock the car. Same blinking lights and no chirp followed by the alarm going off.

Second thing now is my dynamic seats are acting up. I'm driving to work and out of no where the passenger seat starts making this loud *** deflating noise. Sometimes it goes on for ever it feels. My drivers seat has even been acting up too with not holding me like it use to in a turn.

Third, while driving my speedometer has these flashing little tabs that blink around it. It sometimes blinks the whole circle and sometimes in patches. I don't even know what it is lol.

Does anyone have a clue as to where I can start to find out what's happening? I know I need to have it scanned and I have an appt next week Tuesday for it, but thought I would ask.
Thanks

The main battery in the truck or the auxiliary battery under the hood?

Main battery. Auxiliary battery does not engage until main battery voltage drops too low.

Ok now if the battery is dying or needs to be replaced, is there anything special I need to do? Anything have to be reprogrammed? Done a certain way? Etc etc.

Reset window up/down and sunroof settings (instructions out there and it's not hard; something like press and hold the button for auto up or down and keep holding it for 5 seconds or so after the window fully closes or opens). Turn steering wheel lock to lock if the ESP light comes on after reconnecting the battery. Not sure if the seats need to be reset.

Also, be advised the next time you put the car on a STAR diagnostic system and run a quick test, every module in the car will show a power and communications failure stored. Just clear the codes.

Well I think I'll stop at Auto Zone tomorrow and see if they can test the battery for me. I hope in 1 way that it's just a battery that needs to be replaced and that's all vs the alternative....an electrical issue 😦. I know today the car wasn't real responsive to the push button start. It seemed to take a few extra seconds before starting and while I was driving, I turned the A/C on, somewhat medium level fan speed, and when it was cold enogh I turned it down to the second Mark on the fan speed scale and I noticed after about a min or so, the A/C just stopped. I mean it was getting hot lol. I turned up the fan speed and nothing was coming out of the vents! I turned it all the way down and then back up and after about another min or so, it came back on. I think my car is haunted!

Ok so I got the car scanned finally and also had the main battery tested. The battery came back ok but said something about needing a charge. Not sure why since I drove it 45 min to the shop. The guy said that that may be the start to the battery going but said not to worry about it now since the percentage was still good. The scan came back with a P0456 purge control system has a slight leak: leak in the hose connection or shutoff valve of activated charcoal canister. Not sure what this is....anyone have any insite on this, a fix and/or what I need to fix It?

thanks

Before you start your car next time, turn on the voltmeter on the instrument cluster. You'll be able to monitor the battery voltage in real time.
