Did you ever get the dyno results with the 80mm? I'd like to know how much it adds.

Can anyone chime in on which supercharger pulley is best for a street only car? 83mm or 80mm? I know the 83mm can run the stock belt but what about the 80mm? With an 80mm will anything need to be upgraded and or changed out? Heat exchanger, etc.? Thank you!

Kindest Regards

There are lots of posts about crank pulleys that are the equivalent of the 80 if you search. Even a stock car can benefit from upgraded cooling

My apologies as I should have specified supercharger pulley and not crank pulley. I have searched and there isn't much info. on an 80mm supercharger pulley. I noticed that VRP no longer sells an 83mm as they appear to have replaced it with an 80mm.

Regards

Reread the thread. It’s clearly stated an 80 supercharger is equivalent to a 172 crank. There are lots of threads on 172 crank.

E55 amg
If the 80 is in a car that's healthy coupled with a nice tune and conditions are good you should make 480 whp easy .It's 'like a 77 without as much heat just not a fan of clutches on pulley for this platforum!

You can run the 80mm without additional modifications, However, I would atleast get a bosch 010 and split cooling kit.
