Not sure if this is the right spot to ask but my car came with one installed in the console. It blinks blue and shows up on my phone but the car isn't recognizing my phone. Any advise on how to reset those pucks? The guy at the dealer said the code is MBUSA on the number pad but I haven't even got to that part yet.
Just to be sure the code is correct. Take of the lower section and see what the code is. I have a iPhone but I don’t remember what I did to get it to connect. But it works without a problem.
Thanks. I have noticed it is pretty stuck in there so will mess with it to get it out and confirm the code. Really appreciate the pics. I can't believe these cars were still wired phone hard phones in 08.

Disconnect and reconnect the puck, and see if your have better results. If not try cycle the power off and on in the car. If that fails then take it thru the drive thru lane at your dealership, I'm sure a SA can help you out without charging you.

Finally got the puck out and reconnected it. This time, the phone prompted me to enter in the pass code. Thanks y'all. That shouldn't have been that difficult.
