Head to your local Pull-a-Part and grab a lens from a wrecked out W211. Unless you’re one of those die hards that thinks it’s below you to go to a junkyard. I’m happy to admit that a decent amount of visual parts that broke on my car and the E55 shares with base 211’s have come off wrecked 211’s at my local junkyard. My car may or may not even have a fuel relay from a 2002 clk320... LOL. Of course any mechanical/electrical parts you’ll want to be weary of but anything visual is totally risk free

I'd rather spend $70 on a complete one than spend time going to the pick and pull hoping they one on a car that's in decent shape. It'd be a waste of time if they didn't.
