P207c supercharger mecanical fault PO660
Posting for a buddy....Excuse my sp.)
05 E55 intake, throttle body, 77mm pulley, BW, 3k stall T converter, LT's, LSD, meth kit (not currently used) aux cooler, EC tune.
Car has been running great until....
Car starts and idles fine, drives fine up to 1/2 - 3/4 throttle, until you romp on it. Then it kills the SC and goes into limp mode with an ESP light.
So Far..
Recirculating Air Flap responds with SDS.
Elctromag SC clutch also responds to SDS
ECU is clean.
Tune was re-applied.
Still to check.....Pedal switch and fuel pressure. Any other ideas?

hopefully something simple like the Y pipe/snorkel has a split in it the appears when high volume sucking through, but it sounds like Recirculating Air Flap not working under load (i know you tested with STAR) ,,, does it fall on its face if you disconnect the SC belt and drive it ? also you can tape a fuel presure gauge to your windshiled connected to the fuel rail and do some pull to see if presure maintains at high RPM ? just tossing out some ideas ....

Thanks hayseed, exactly what I'm looking for....ideas!
I did hear a an intake sound when the car was rev'ed standing still. Sounded like a leak where the front drivers snorkel of the FTP intake meets the filter. But that was before the air filter, so I didn't think it would register as unmetered air? Waiting to run real time fuel pressures
Great idea about disconnecting the SC

Have you done an overnight battery unplug? Always a first step. Otherwise we need data on the fault code, freeze frame values etc. Then more testing in STAR, smoke test etc to narrow down the cause.
