SC shaft measurement

If you have an SC shaft with no pulley on it, and can see the seal or where the shaft enters the seal area.

How long is the Shaft from front face to that groove?

Lol. Well, I went to a clutch delete to simplify and it’s just not lining up with the rest off the pulleys for me. I’m wondering what is wrong and I’m trying to gather data.

Has to be the pulley if it was fine before, no?
Is it the regular delete or the complete delete like VRP ?

several large systems to still work on.

I’m going to get it rolling to go to a place that can help with the fuel system plumbing. I want it done right and I don’t have the crimpers. xRP all the way. I have something made with an aluminum hat but they disappeared, so I’m on my own. Return system should be straight forward.

I ordered all the parts for the trans rebuild. Sent off the VB. The trans will be my focus for the next two weeks. Even if it’s not done I’ll put the case on the engine and roll it into the car for the trip to the “plumber”.

Supercharger circuit cooling. I have an place mapped out for a second heat exchanger where the air pumps usually are.

I run two coolers as well. The second is where the air pump was. I used a Mini {the car} aluminum radiator that fit perfect and rewelded the fittings as needed and also made that and the primary cooler a dual pass.. Everything tucked in nice. Making the supercharger cooler a single pass was the hot ticket but of course dual 3.5 gallon tanks was the best mastermind idea LOL I came up with. 16lb's boost at 1,500" elevation, 17.5 at sea level and 110* max temps at the end of 1/2 mile or 1 mile runs.

That is some mastermind **** dude. Got any pics? I was going to use the existing pumps bracket or at least make a jig from it.

I have a single pass IC so lm still contemplating the larger tanks at the back. I’ll have a bunch of meth spraying basically all the time because it’s also a clutch delete, as is obvious from this thread.

I can tell you it is a real pain in the *** to run the lines and I looked at the car and took things apart for a couple days. Running 3/4 hose and making it as short as possible with not kinking it in the bends was no easy task but WELLLLLL worth it in the end.
The story of what I did from the start with the tanks is long so won't bore you with it LOL

OK so here goes my story on being a little stupid. You asked for it LOL Originally I had an under hood tank that proved to work well but did not hold enough ice to make the full runs. Would melt towards the end. Now I also had a drain valve in the tank so I could fill it with a total of 3 small bags of ice so there was no way to get more in there. So....I thought to my self, self, what if I put a tank in the rear and used the rear tant to feed the front tank. So now the hot water from the blower would go back to the rear tank, get cooled with ice and push that cooled water into the front tank also filled with ice. I should now have much much colder water feeding the blower cooler and last a hell of a lot longer. One major problem....the front tank is 12 inches higher than the rear tank . So what happens, the front tank would slowly drain all its water back to the rear tank and over flow. I played around with one way check valves, and an electric valve to no avail. Now remember that these tanks have to be balanced meaning they both should be filling and emptying out at the same time or the levels change and that turns into another problem. So now I am REALLY pissed off but determined to fix this. "My friends think I am out of my mind with this project about now"
So the fix. Remove front tank. Put another 3.5 gallon trunk tank near the other. Put a control valve that slows the water flow from the primary "in" tank to the "feed' tank to the blower so that they are both balanced when running. Remember the tank that gets the hot water only has to go 12 inches to feed the blower feed tank with no restriction so water pressure is really high and would start to over flow. I am almost done buddy LOL
So new issue. The Rule 2000 pumps in the tank are only really meant for sucking with no head pressure. Also the length of hose slowed water flow down. So I put a CWA pump up front to help push the water back and take the load off of the Rule pump trying to push the water through two inter coolers and 20 feet of hose.Almost done. New problem . The CWA pump takes 3 seconds to spool up throwing off the fill rates of each rear tank....what to do. Put a electronic timer set at 3 seconds to turn on rear tanks so now all three pumps kick on at the same time. PERFECTION !!! LOL

Im done.
