Rear O-2's
Anyone have the trick for shutting off the rear O-2 sensors.
Looking to put my cat delete down pipes on for the next race and cannot get it to code out. When I send the coding change in DAS it says communication failure.
I am doing it with the car running and there are no codes lingering around to prevent it. Wondering if the MIL light stays on it would affect anything aside from the ECU seeing they are sending an over-map reading ?

I did and it ran horrible. It actually threw the car in limp mode and would make up shift in M mode no matter what at 3,000 rpm. The AFR was all over the place as well. I have used them before and never an issue with other cars but who knows...

Will not code out with developer. It says "failed to send codering".
Very odd since I have done other things with the system with no problems and from what I have seen the countless other guys doing it when cat deleting.

Ah ok clear, then coding out is the only and best solution indeed. Good luck buddy, unfortunately I dont have the knowledge about this.
