The part #'s should be stamped on the boots themselves. The clamps are Oetiker clamps and will have the size stamped on them in MM.
When my front cv axle boots on my W204 were torn and leaking grease I took them apart, cleaned everything and installed new boots. The boots and clamps were pretty cheap at my local MB dealer. Cheaper than aftermarket boot kits. Water must have gotten in and ruined the grease it all needed to be removed.
While looking for the part #'s for other things like the circlips I couldnt find them listed on any W204 parts diagrams but I realized they share the same parts with S-class cv axles and was able to get the part #'s from those parts diagrams.
The new clamps are supposed to be tightened down a specific dimension. I bought 3 different pliar type clamping tools and still could not clamp them tight enough. Ended up buying a small vise type tool on Amazon for less than $20 that worked fantastic with the Oetiker clamps.
Clamp below is 93mm OE (Oeitker)

I do have the pliers for the clamps. If they are not able to crimp down the clamps, then I have some other ideas or I'll just pick up the device you mentioned.

I bought 2 different Oetiker tools and even tried the pliars that you can attach breaker bars to and couldnt get it down to 2.5mm. Plus when I replaced the boots I left the inner hubs in the car so had to clamp the inner boots while under the car. The MB clamps are heavy duty and specs show an enormous amount of force of 5,000 newtons needed to close them. I had to look it up and thats 1,124 lbs of force.
Amazon tool made the job easy. In the MB manual it looks like they are using a similar tool but its expensive.
Thanks to this site and members for the assistance.
