W211 2006 E55 AMG Yellow Speed Racing YSR Conversion
I will be starting my Coilover conversion soon and received my YSR kit yesterday. It appears this setup uses the stock control arm, and there is no need to swap to the non-airmatic arms with this kit. That being said, does anyone here have any experience with this kit, and if so, do you have any advice regarding installation or settings, notably, a ballpark range to have the coils/springs adjusted to prior to installation. I don't want the car slammed, 1-1.5" gap between tire and fender would suffice.

Any constructive feedback would be appreciated.
any update on how this went? I’m looking to do the same kit
U like these just got from overseas bronze forged, or keep niche's on,!!
the bronze wheels would look great on the car man. I still have wheels, interior and suspension I need to do to mine, along with an exterior paint correction just don’t have the time

Yr,/mileage ?? Mine 04/124xxx
Tons of upgrades, also got w211 e63
I still need to get these installed. I don't want a slammed car. The instructions kind of confuse me. I'd rather start high and lower from there than start too low and have to raise it back up. That being said, do you have recommended starting places for how far out I should have the lower brackets on the front coilovers, rear shocks, and read springs? The rear setting on the shocks and springs are what intimidate me.
