I give up on finding a decent lease

I've been shopping around for a lease and today's insulting offer on a 2010 was this..

92k MSRP
15k off MSRP cap cost
0.0031 MF
didn't tell me the residual but according to leaseguide.com it would translate to 52%.
$1200 monthly payment

What's going on??? It's end of the year and they're still playing games? They give me a fake 15K off just to jack up the MF to 0.0031 which translates to 7.44% interest rate and 14000 finance charge.

I give up

15k off sticker is not that bad- the 15k trunk money left on 08/02/2010 and now its 5k I believe so your 1200 lease payment isnt all that bad. You can make some adjustments to the residual by going into a lower mile lease and then work on the MF and you might be ok.

FYI MBCC MF's are always sky high unless subvented. But .00310 does seem high since STD rates in July were .00280 (not that much better).

2011 E63 residuals are usually 58%, and around 54% on 2010. I think the dealer is adding a number to the MF , the last mf I saw was .00280 on 2010 and .00260 for a 2011.

No joke. It would be way over $1200 a month if you were to purchase. $1800+...

I'd say just wait a bit more and see if there will be trunk money again in the future...
but then again you run the risk of not be able to getting a 2010. Lots of ppl jumped the E63 deals during August when they had the trunk money...

I think the TM is all done--- it was due to over allocation on 2010's and now the 11's are there. The 2010 inventory was reduced and I was with the GM of the store where I got mine yesterday and they pulled all the money on the 10's.

Now one can still get great deals because the 2010's are essentially one year old. Dealers will just move them off the lot to avoid future flooring costs.

1200 Monthly payment is a good deal on a 92k E63.
