so far im pretty ok with my stock pzeros, maybe i just dont know any better

on my w126 i had basic kumho asx ecsta all seasons on it on a staggered set up, they were ok, but when i switched to bridgestones re760s, i did note a nice difference. so i guess there is something to say about that....

so far after 8500 miles in 10 months, i still have good tread life on rears

i hate changing only 2 tires at a time, so hopefully i can make these out as long as possible

Quote: got it! hopefully they're clear enough. it's as tucked in as i can get it. but looks like you have enough room, of course, you'll still need to deal with offsets and other variables. But not sure if you were considering a new rim. I probably wouldn't go any wider than 285 on this rim.

hope it helps.

do u have some pics from afar

The PZero is a very good tire.
Nothing wrong with them at all.
I got great tread life (and good performance) out of my set of PZero tires.

I'll tell you though, the RE-11 takes the car up a big notch in performance and is still as civilized as a luxury tire.
I'd say it is more civilized than PZero and PS2 (which are my most recent tires on 2 different cars).
It really shines on corner exit, when you can lay down the power and it just sticks and launches you forward (not sideways).

I can tell you, it looks way better than stock.
Stock looked weird with the front tire taller than the rear tire.

Anyone from this thread change their tires out since we last spoke?

2010 E63 with the 19s..i'm likely going to stick with P Zeros, since Super Sports are not available in the rim sizes.

AGREED!!

With these tires, I love taking those corners, I used to be hate the accelerate out of a turn, but now i'm much more confident! :-)

i was just looking at tire sizes too, 295/30 19 is a closer match in diameter and sidewall than 285 30 that the cars come with. Closer match compared to the fronm 255/35s

makes me wonder, why did mercs go with the shorter tire? in the rear..

if 295 is ok, u can get super sports michelins
