C'mon guys, the driver is the total douche here. It does appear as if the cop uses a small amount of effort to dislodge his foot (see how he slightly pulls his leg) and ya he is probably acting a bit later (although we all know how adrenaline works). Regardless of whether there is a bit of acting or not, the driver is a complete moron for trying to drive off. Take the $150 ticket....you're driving around in a $350,000 car! People make such stupid decisions.

Wasn't in favour or defending the driver at all. He was pretty stupid to pull that stunt. I just think that the cop didn't need to be so disrespectful of peoples property (including the cab) in the process...

Sorry man, I'm not so much in agreement with you here. As much as I think there are some real douchebag cops out there and many times they are agressive when its not needed, if I was on a new york street corner and some dude inches his way up on to my feet...i'm gonna pretty much react in a similar way. He wouldn't get out of the car when told and really it was his resistance that caused the ruckus that scratched up the car. I"m pretty sure the cabbie won't give a s*** bout his door.
