Props to Mercedes Benz USA Customer Service
Just wanted to let you guys know that I was very pleased recently with MB USA's customer service. I have a 2014 E63 on order and have been frustrated lately that some owners have cars in their driveways, but the E63 and CLS63 was no where to be found on the USA website. I emailed MB USA via the website expecting to never hear anything ever again, but much to my surprise, two days after I emailed, the cars showed up on the site! (I know, it was totally my email ) But, a few days later, I actually received an email from a customer service agent from MB USA updating me as to what happened. I responded to that email saying I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt correction of the website and the email. About two weeks later I unexpectedly received a nice AMG key ring in the mail sent by the same customer service agent with a nice hand written note.
Very happy and surprised to say the least. Lets hope my MB experience stays this positive
