Winter Wheels and Tires Arrived!
Anyone have an E63 anywhere near Northern Indiana that they'll let TR measure? I'm fortunate I'm in NJ and we haven't had the weather we had the last couple of years but I really want to be well-shod by December. Any other recos would also be appreciated.

Well, too late now since I've since relocated 1100 miles away. But at the same time, I have a pre-facelifted W212 E63 so I'm sure my RWD set-up will be different from the new AWD which will increase the turning diameter and affect some other wheel arch measurements.
Still, it shouldn't have been too difficult for them to find a car since I thought their local MB dealer said they have a working relationship. That MB dealer had a used (but claimed to be new) W212 E63 towards the end of 2011 sitting on the lot for a while. TR could have burrowed the car for a few hours to do the measurements.

Takin' my time through the long NJ winter (got a feeling it's gonna suck) and researching wheels for the set of summer shoes I dismounted and stored away. Black wheels are on every car and truck I see and not that they are bad, I love the look but I have had several rigs with black wheels and I have come to truly admire the brushed aluminum (or chrome???) trim work and accents on the sAMG and plan on matching my wheels up with that finish.
By the way, where are you in Jersey?

Now I need to find some center caps and I'm good to go!
Those look sweet. Can't tell anything about them but if they fit, rock'em! If the center cap size is same as OEM get some oem ones from eBay. I got black and they look great.
Plasti dip those wheels and grab these caps...http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-SET-4-ME...55dbe1&vxp=mtr
We will find out soon I guess!
You are going to have an Friday as exciting as mine usually are

My only tips from plastidiping my emblems: Remember it over sprays like crazy, so tape off extra.
More coats is better for peeling so do at least 6 coats.
**** smells like crazy so make sure you do this in a well ventilated area.
Good luck and post pics!

In short, they didn't fit. However, I don't think this is a problem with the 19"x8.5" size or even the offset, it's just these BR09 wheels have a quite pronounced inset lip in the construction that is causing interference with that dust/stone guard.
