Thank you for the response, just not sure on the options. I don't know what else to get?

$11K down? On a lease?

If that car goes bye bye due to an accident or theft, that money is gone.

Don't put big bucks down on a lease.

You didn't list the most important number in the entire deal.... the money factor.

$0.02

I dont think its $11k of his money. Its a $7,656.23 reduction off MSRP. The rest are normal fees including first month payment.

If he's going to write a check for $11K, then it's his money. I understand not counting the 1st payment, but the rest becomes immediately at-risk should something happen to the car.

Leases are supposed to reduce risk.

Sorry I wasn't as clear and didn't copy and paste the rest of the agreement. Total out of pocket at signing is $3343.77. Besides the pricing, is there any other options that I should have or need? My dealer has this car on the lot.

So do tell me, since you can read what isn't there.... what's the money factor for this proposed deal?

If you don't want a ton of options I'd consider selling my 14 e63S. White/black The lease is with mbusa and is assumable. 10k a year 29 months left for $1287 inc tax. Pm me if you have any interest. Car has 5k miles currently and is absolutely perfect in every way.
