2011 E63 vs 2013 E63 which would you buy??
My wife wants to get back into an E class so I'm thinking why not another AMG?
My question is are there any advantages with the 2013 over the 2011 and i'm not talking ABOUT HAVING TURBOS over the NA motor. I'm talking interior, comfort features, electronics you know the things a wife only cares about.

I just bought my Wife a fully loaded 2013 GLK350 last summer. 20 in AMG wheels. Every option. 302 HP.
Its a nice little compliment vehicle for trips to Tahoe and such. She loves it.
Of course if your wife's maiden name is Petty or Johnson I would understand her need for the power. Lol
And yes, . . . I have been accused of being chauvanist !!!!!

Unless she is a speed demon which most women are not, why not just get her a brand new E350 for just a little more than the price of the 2011 Amg? I'd think that would be the most practical thing to do, or perhaps even a E550 if she wants a little more power than the 350.

the 6.2 sounds great especially when you remove the resonator. We attended the PL event at Laguna Seca a couple of years ago and after our ride around the circuit she said "I totally get the whole AMG thing" I'm passing along my present commuter Acura TSX to my youngest since he's headed off to Cal Arts in August and I'll trade in my back up commuter 2014 Lexus IS250 or her 2013 V6 accord for her AMG.

She can be a speed demon when she's talking and driving 😂 i let her drive my 55 when I bought it back in 04 and she was doing 60 in a 40. In 10+ years she's driven my car 3 times. She's never driven it since I modified it. Ok I have to come clean....from time to time she always has me drive soooo if I'm going to have to drive her car why not let it be a AMG the 6.2 sounds great especially when you remove the resonator. If it were my wife I'd suggest a 2015 e350 2 dr convertible.

I'd really think about it though if I were you before buying a 2011 AMG, You may not have a warranty and if you do it may be over quick and repairs could be costly, what if the car had been abused before and had nothing but trouble. If it were my wife I'd suggest a 2015 e350 2 dr convertible.
