Intermittent blue tooth blip or audible cut out

Does anyone else get this, I get a little audible blip where the blue tooth cuts out for a split second about every five minutes. The dealer of course suggested my phone but that's not it, works fine with all of my other vehicles... anyone else ever have this problem?

Thanks,

I get this occasionally but not every five minutes on a cycle, also I plug in for more functionality

Did you try deleting the bt client on the phone and re-pairing after you deleted from the Benz as well?

Is there anything else interfering with the bt signal in the car...?

What phone and OS

Did you hard reset the phone?

I have a iPhone 6s and it didn't have the latest firm ware, I just updated to 9.1.1 (I think that's what it is) today, in the car ride home from the dealer. I left my car there today to fix somethings that should have been fixed before I purchased it, considering it's "CERTIFIED." I like to think it just slipped through the cracks but that whistling noise from the front end and the blown speaker on the pass. side package tray is pretty damn hard to miss, IMO. I found both of them in the first five or ten miles of driving.

I have a really hard time just accepting that, that's just the way it is... It works on every other of my vehicles with both OEM and aftermarket stereos just fine. Hopefully i track it down.

There have been other people with the problem and I want to say that some tracked it down to a command software update in other Benz models. Clear out all the Bluetooth phones and reset your phone and delete the pairings, then re pair and I wouldn't be surprised if it works better

To each their own, but the audio quality over Bluetooth is horrible compared to plugging it in (at least for music). If you are having this issue with using the actual telephone, well then it is a different story.

Mercedes c250d Coupe Premium Plus
Did anyone get to the bottom of this? I am having the exact same issue. I have a c250d Premium Plus where the bluetooth cuts out for a second and strats again, almost like the music is being paused and played over 1 second. It still does this when connected via the iPhone cable too. (i have an iphone 12)

any info would be much appreciated!

I had this issue as well on the stock system. I went to an aftermarket Carplay system, and no longer have this issue. The Carplay has its own bluetooth module that I am using to wirelessly connect to the car. It is something with the MB itself. Unfortunately, I don't know what software version I have in the MB (i.e., I don't know if it was ever updated from when new in 2014).
