What's the same thing with Catted downpipe?

There are many many videos on youtube for catless downpipe sound on the M157, they all sound the same, great sound!

We've seen many run low 11's ( if you can get any sort of traction (; )

How about M157 on the AWD platform? Or more specifically for a 2015 E63S Wagon?

Plus the sound from my exhaust is unbeatable, and tons of turbo whistle with these downpipes.

Are you rocking theses full turbo back pipes? Did you do them same time you did tune or tune first, then dps?

You can't run the downpipes without the tune.. You'll throw all sorts of codes, and may even be running limp. These two go hand in hand.

I have the turbo back pipes, into factory exhaust. Resonator delete and an x pipe.

My car came with a Renntech tune, which I just had refreshed to current standards. Price for just the downpipes?

will these fit a AWD CLS 63?

and as others have mentioned, the stock pipes are made that way to not touch the heat shields and make room, how do you by pass that with a straighter pipe?

You are running the exact setup I want. Did the X-pipe help smoothen out the sound? Any issues passing OBD2 emissions check? (Obviously it would fail visual but most states allow one "not ready" code and still pass)

Any sound clips of your setup??

I had the x-pipe installed about a month before the tune and Dp...

I don't think this current setup would ever pass emissions. I don't have any sound clips unfortunately, but it's the loudest you could get short of removing the mufflers.

Hey guys, i did confirm with the manufacturer it fits 2012 to present E63 and CLS63 2WD and AWD.

For the AWD models you will need to adapt downpipes to fit 100% by cutting them and repositioning.

Do you have a new tune file optimized for these downpipes in specific? I got and EC tune from Jerry back in sept, but if there is a new version to support these I'd be happy to send the ECU back.

so if i am reading this correctly, there was no gains for the addition of the downpipes? I ask because in your other thread for tune only results you gained 153whp without downpipes... am i missing something? i would of thought true turbo-back dp's would of added another 30-40 whp to your previous pickup of 150whp on tune only
