turbo pipes and mid pipes
anyone seen this kit from boost logic? price seems too good to be true ($2,399) considering weistec charges about 6K for same setup and only other turbo pipes i have seen that are direct fit to AWD versions are kleemanns and they are around 6K too

The catless turbo pipes are $3995.00 USD- but these will only work on the 2WD cars. For the 4Matic versions, we sell only a catted version which is $5995.00.

At the end of the day, they're just pipes... Boost Logic is still making a decent profit at that price. Weistec is crazy for charging $6k for theirs but people buy it, so it doesn't matter to them.
Maybe we can do a group buy and get them even cheaper?

Im always in for a group buy, but boost logic did email me back after i asked them if they fit AWD M157 and they said they have not tried them on awd car, so that mean probably not without some cutting of low profile motor mounts

I got mine weistec for 5250 $ including delivery to UK, as one time special offer from MSL performance. I have personally seen and touched their pipes, quality of turbo bridge pipes and their coating is amazing, the sound on stock mufflers is superb. So it worked out for me cheaper than Kleemann.
Will do upgrade and take some photos next week.

These are 100% the same pipes as the ones CKS sells, that they are having then upper pipes ceramic coated ( doesn't do much and very cheap to have done yourself ) and adding a little heat shield to. All coming form the same Chinese supplier. FWIW the CKS pipes are nicely made and a good deal from them direct. I paid about 1500 plus shipping for them.
These will not fit AWD without custom mounts or modification. Frankly good to see normally priced options coming around for these cars.

Mine are still in the box while I'm waiting for my spare turbo cores to be upgraded so can't say for sure yet what does or doesn't work but pretty sure no chance to use stock heat shields. I'll also be mating them to a custom back half exhaust with full 3" to the mufflers.

I intend to wrap the upper pipes in dei Titanium header wrap. That will work better than any heat shield for sure

If you really want good brand ( I used them on Audi ) and worth it's money , just go for HMS tuning. They have catless downpipes and turbo bridge pipes.
If you want my opinion. I would never use cks , and especially something that made in their warehouse.

Hope this is a proof for what I am saying.
Maybe they have catted version. But that's not what I was looking for.
For just downpipes even fi or ipe would fit from cls w218.

anyways moot point as the whole reason i brought it up was for boost logic's setup an alternative to the turbo pipes costing around 6K (kleemann and weistec)
