I had to stop half-way through page three as I felt myself getting dumber post by post. My input falls with the minority here I think. David, you seem like a jerk. From the first thread I saw you in regarding the diffuser incident to every stupid thread you start that holds no value at all, you come off as arrogant and conceited. Maybe the dealer dropped the ball, maybe they didn't. Either way I'm sure you barged right through the front door and made a scene from the get go. I can guarantee the dealership did not cut you a cool five grand either. Also, stop quoting every F@*KING post in your replies.

wow that vossen tumblr is pretty funny...my friend recently bought there white 458 in florida..apparently has those forged wheels of theres, ...hopefully better
Not to pile on, but ya...either a major language barrier here, or major fantasy. Not dealership will give you 5K for you to buy new wheels even if they where at fault. Any settlement like that would come with a legal waiver longer than my leg. You think a Penske Dealer would care one bit about you threatening a law suit where its clear that there were no grounds for liability or damages? They are one of the biggest dealer chains in the country with top notch legal available on demand. They would bury you with that BS claim.
I believe the lugs came loose, as do others, but to add this 5K BS to look like a tough guy on the forums is pretty sad. You are passionate about your car , great. But the posts you make don't add up and leave people with a sense you you playing make believe. I hope its not the case, but you should see it from our point of view like you keep saying.

Nothing is needed at this point. Settlement had been made if you are following this thread.

You took your E63 for a "tune up"? Maybe a Service, but no tune-up is required. Secondly, I know PROMAX. I'm familiar with the shop, with their work and I'm rather certain that Anthony would not give the Mercedes dealer his Aventador as a loaner to someone who had just an E63, not even the current one at that.
I'm rather certain you just went to Lawry's and saw this sitting outside and decided to take pictures and "show off" on the forum. Why were there no interior shots?
Furthermore, I'm rather friendly with AMS, you claim your car has all these mods, who did the install? I can check with them as to the veracity of your claims.

You were a problematic customer and they had no obligation to you. They were doing simply what they needed to do on their end. I don't blame them and think they are in the right, not you.
