who built the trans? I am going to buy those AMS clutch packs too, and looking for someone local to build it.

I crossed a thread earlier this year (Feb or so) when we first got my wife's & have been looking for the thread since without luck. If you hear something please let me know too. IIRC, it was only $2-300 in parts at the dealer & a couple hours of your time to do the upgrade.

I am in NYC and was in TO for vacation and wanted to check out the shop for ECU flash but second guess if they did something wrong and I would be 600 miles from home and no car.
That turbo looks like when my rotary blows an Apex seal out. If that is truly your original turbo, I think you car has internal damage.Are you 100% sure that is your original turbo. Did you stamp it...

the second set of turbo eurocharged sent to me the shaft in the turbo broke at the first pull so i waiting 2 other turbo ... for the cooling upgrade my guy tell me the divorcing kit made nothing he dont know if its really good to put this upgrade so i buy the complete alpha kit and divorcing kit ... i hope ride the car one time this summer ! i also pass out my warranty so i cannot pass 3000$ of thing to repair at mercedes ...at the end of this story i think its the last time i put more than bolt on on a car ! no summer car and this turbo upgrade cost me 18000$ cad(only turbo upgrade) with the labor and custom fee and all but at least eurcharged send me other turbo ... and maybe run the car at the very end of the summer
Still waiting eurocharged nothing is make in more than one month ��Like i see the 3 week its take to do the turbo upgrade eurocharged tell me when i command the kit finish to be more than 1 year ! ��
Car is finally ready this morning i just waiting jerry from eurocharged paid the first shipping and custom fee ( and the last shipping because i make all this shipping for nothing because each time i receive bad turbo and he is supposed to paid the last job on the turbo made by an autorised garrett dealer in quebec ... but now the car looking to have no problem with 2 good turbos upgrade i going to the dyno soon and run the car and i give you an update of the car and update with what jerry give me on the service for the refund of the turbo job and shipping and other little thing ...

I NEVER said I would pay to have the turbo rebuilt by your guys up there. I can post the email chain if you'd like. I sent new turbo internals to your shop because I was told it would be cheaper than sending the turbos back here for install of the new parts. I did this right away and you have our turbos and internals built by the shop up there. Once they started we were then asked to provide another set of internals so your guy could just rebuild the other new turbo as well. We agreed and shipped a new set of internals for the good turbo too. We never agreed to pay for his labor.... which is now nearly $2000 to assemble and balance. I never agreed to pay for any of this...I was asked to help and pay the shipping.
I did agree to refund shipping and to provide you with the claim money from DHL once we receive it.
We have not received any of the supposed damaged parts back either.
DHL asked for specific pictures of the damage and the packaging for the claim but you did not provide those pictures because the boxes were "thrown out".
Eurocharged has done all that we are going to do other than custom tuning the ECU tune for you. Once the claim is finalized we will forward any of those monies to you as well.
