That started as an awesome build thread, and turned out quite baffling. Subscribed to see how it ends up. I know the M157 is a strong yet old engine. Too bad so many complications appeared.
Hopefully you'll put your car back on the road with full boost and all problems will be solved!

Update
Just installed the h&r spring
Just receive my new air suspention
Im supposed to go on the dyno i have few problem the guy installed the alpha boost cooling kit put the relay not on the good place and the fuse blow so i finish on a towing and i ship the car directly to mercedes dealer and my friend at mercedes put me the spring this morning and put the air shock tonmorow and ajust with his scanner the rear suspention to drop the back too if he dont snow next week i going finally to the dyno but my guy from turboshop tell me to install blowoff on the car to eliminate the backpressure in the turbo ... what do you think of this ? I see weistec just release a kit with diverter valve this week for that so i can make one custom kit for like 500$ what do you think?

when my turbo blow the wheel unscrew and my guy at the turbo shop tell me the only time he see that is on a car dont hate blow off or dv ..with the stock turbo is ok but with turbo upgrade bigger wheel more pression maybe its very better to have something to eliminate all the backpressure...
