TAKING ORDERS FOR NEW DOWNPIPES
We are taking orders for our new E63 4WD downpipes. These downpipes are a completely new revision to the original RADO downpipes. We have learned a lot from our original RADO downpipes and wanted to incorporate these ideas into the new downpipes. All of our ides were aimed at improving the fit, performance, and the price.
All of our 4WD downpipes are completely flanged for the factory flanges now. Our connector pipes to the front pipe are now flared using a new machine that allows us to use a larger diameter pipe and decreases the length of the smallest diameter while still making it easy to access the front bolts to attach it. We are able to do this through the use of a new machine. We also have a new machine to do the bubble joint that allows for a better fit and seal at the back. We only have 2 pipe welds on each side now, one at the front and one at the back, the rest of the system is all made from one mandrel bent pipe. All the welds are now robotically done which allows for perfect penetration of the weld.
We have also incorporated a 4-pipe downpipe kit that allows us to fit the downpipes into a much smaller box, this decreases our shipping costs significantly. This is especially helpful with international orders.
