Michelin PSS tire issue

Tires have 24000 miles. Wear seems equal with the rears except this issue.
My original pzeros fronts were still good when I bought the Michelin's but rear were shot.
I know Michelin had a tread life warranty so maybe they will pro rate me.
Running on stock alignment is of no consequence. Even at stock settings, you should have your alignment checked periodically. Especially right after buying tires.

but the entire tire sans the shoulder is fine...shoulder worn down...yes I will have alignment checked
unfortunately I have no choice but to get new up front due to cords
though I suppose I could have alignment fixed and take pressure off the inner shoulder and then still use the tires...

ive heard dealers want to do some fancy smancy alignment for like 300 because I have distronic....
At this point any alignment may be beneficial for tire wear. 24,000 miles isn’t awful ( the Porsche 911 turbos I have eat rear tires in 8 to 9000 miles at best) but you could get many more miles from those tires. Maybe find a tire shop that installs and aligns all in one?
There is no front Camber and Caster or rear Camber facility essential to adjust tire contact angles - spread load more evenly. We saw the need therefor to reinstate once again from the early 90's full, precise adjustment.
