2014 E550 36k misfiring turn out to be dead #6

Car just started shaking and CEL came on at a stop light.

I am not sure if its one valve or both intake or both exhaust that is damage. Car did not smoke or show any sign of guides going bad.I am not sure how a MB head is delivered with cams or not.Maybe the cam is the issue pushing the valve over off center...

I am now thinking if this is true that maybe this was the main reason for the misfiring. After repairs oil was noticed inside the harness of hall sensor harness. I ask if a compression test was done before removal of the head...they did not have that information. The did test compression after the fix. Do these heads come loaded. The sheet is showing a list of every part needed a head assembly, valves for 8 intake/ 8 exhaust.
Now if it was the leaking valve when would the car run good for a few miles after a restart, compression should still be low and a misfire should be detected. The car does have a new head on it or a really good cleaning job on the old one. but now I am thinking if true it could have been the cam sensor leaking. I am going to check of the 14 550 and 14 E63 share the same PN for cam sensors. I have coverage will 75k so I am not worried...
