MY13 Wagon with BBS CI-R
About a month ago I picked up a wagon and am almost done with the tinkering. I saw another user post images of black CI-Rs on his white wagon, but I thought you folks might like to see the other color option, Platinum Silver.
They're 20x9 ET25 and 20x10 ET45 with 265/30-20 and 295/25-20, respectively.

looking good - i am in search of new tires for my wagon
currently have 255/30 & 285/25 but was recommended 245/35 & 275/30 to get a bit more sidewall to handle the potholes - did you consider a thicker sidewall?
thoughts?

If your main concern is durability over potholes, I urge you to consider putting 19s back on the car, or even stepping down to 18s.

Thanks! That was your car. The LM-Rs also look very nice.
The car is now making 665 ft-lbs to the wheels, so using a narrower tire never crossed my mind. If you look at a tire size calculator, you'll see that the size you're contemplating offers 0.4" of additional sidewall over your current sizes. Going wider with the same aspect ratio resulted in 0.2" of additional sidewall. The difference in sidewall height is academic and your ride quality will be impacted more by the stiffness of the tire you select than it will by 0.4".
