***RACEIQ now offers Rapid Piggy Back Modules for sale***

RACEIQ Performance is excited to offer the DIMSPORT Rapid Module for the Mercedes Benz Bi-Turbo platforms.

This is a piggy back module that allows your car to gain exceptional power without having to remove your ECU or possibly losing your manufacturer’s warranty. The unit is great for daily drivers that are looking for that right amount of power to make your car faster than the next guy on the street. For turbocharged engines, a more complete management - inclusive of injection, ignition (spark advance), boost pressure, overboost timing, etc - allows to provide realistic power and torque increases up to 15% - 25% over the original HP/TQ rating from the manufacturer. As an example, you will see below the E63S will generate a larger HP gain of 86HP vs. the E63 gain of 77HP.

Installation will run about an hour, plug and play into the factory harness, and can be done at home if you are a weekend warrior. Step by Step instructions are provided with the packet.

Modules comes preset with tunes on them, so all you have to do is install and go. You have the option to purchase a wireless on/off remote control to turn off if needed.

Intro price: $999 for a limited time only so get them while they are at a good price.
Regular price: $1499
Remote on/off switch $59

E63 AMG 5.5L V8 BiTurbo 518HP - 531TQ with Rapid 595HP – 610TQ
E63-S AMG 5.5L V8 BiTurbo 577HP - 590TQ with Rapid 663HP – 678TQ

Let us know if you have any questions fellas.

Thanks for the support,

RACEIQ Performance

This is honestly a bit hard to believe since these are the types of numbers people are typically seeing with aggressive full-ECU tunes (like Eurocharged). And you have to hard-wire into the factory harness? I don't see how that's any less risky or less noticeable than an ECU tune.

Edited the original post as it is plug and play into the factory harness and not hard wired, typo

Let us know if there are any other questions.

Plug&play is a hell of a lot better. The device can contain multiple tunes and switch between them? That would be kind of cool. Still want to see independent confirmation of those dyno numbers.

Anthony - how does the install points of this unit compare to install of the piggyback units from Rebellion or Rwcechip????

does the install plug into the ECU only or need plug into the camshaft and air intake sensors like the other piggy backs do (3!connections)?

looks very interesting!

Can you explain how this is different than something from RaceChip? I'm guessing the answer is "it's better" but why? Not attacking the product - I legitimately am curious.

Not sure how they compare I have not looked much into them, however Racechip looks very similar with a few differences.

The system intercepts the signals from the boost sensor, manifold pressure sensor and the RPM and then feed info to the ECU in order to produce the gains, but different vehicle may request different sensors in order to do the same. This unit comes preprgrammed with a pre-tune from RaceIQ in order to achieve the initial percentage gains advertised. However it is pregrammable in order to make changes if there any hardware changes and it comes with a wireless remote to turn it off and on.

Hey, thanks for the question as many may have the same thoughts as well. As said above I do not know much about RaceChip but it looks very similar, I would say they are fairly the same idea the features might be a little different. Ill be doing some more research on the others in question here once I get the chance and see if I can come up with a more suitable answer. Ill be tuning on the West Coast over the next two weeks so either myself or Craig will reply to this to better inform you guys.

Anthony - do you have a engine photo of the completed install? Or a link to the install instructions?

i have racechip currently (attached install instructions) and find that the connection B to the camshaft sensor is extremely difficult to remove and you risk damaging it, which makes this not so easily "plug and play". if yours is an easier install that would be interesting to me to avoid damaging these connections.
