722.9 driving me nuts...
Had this car for several months, but only recently had the time to drive it.
It has tons of grunt, but the tranny is driving me nuts. In everything but manual mode, it just will NOT rev. All the shifts occur at about 2000 rpm. Yes, i know has a learning function. I am aware that it knows my driving style, but damn, it thinks I'm an old lady.
i dont think the ecu reset thru the accelerator works on this engine tranny combo. Any other suggestions at this point? Experiences? Appreciate your input, thanks....

You’re right, the reset doesn’t work like previous gens. I disconnect both batteries overnight and get great results resetting tranny adaptations.

Just to clarify, i can shift it manually and it will rev freely up the range. But in any of the auto modes, it wont even reach 2k rpm withiut diving off to the next highest gear.
yes, i kniw its somwehat a fuel economy default thing..but this is awful, totally mismatched it seems, for an amg version...
