Looking To Buy E63s CPO Question
I am in the market for a 2014-2016 E63S CPO and was wondering what would be a great price for one. Would anyone know what the dealer mark up is? And is the general rule of thumb is to get 10% off the CPO price is considered a great deal?
Also, between the 14,15,16 year which year would you recommend in buying.
I am looking for one that is clean with less than 30,000kms.
Thanks

Which one are you looking at? Which dealer? CPO is more of a selling gimmic offered by our Canadian dealers. Yes, you get an extra 2 years warranty but the warranty is so limited that you will probably end up wanting to bump those 2 years to a full bumper to bumper at a cost of $3500

There are a few nice ones in Vancouver but very pricy. So might look at other province and get it shipped.

I thought about doing that as well when I picked up mine last year but ended up jumping on a deal I couldn’t pass up on locally. Keep in mind the cost of added warranty depending on year. If you have any other questions you can pm me or hit me up on instagram(mannyjakhar)

Ok I was just doing some research and found out CPO mark ups are between 25-35% so asking between 10-15% off would be ideal.
Can anyone confirm that? I don’t want to walk in a dealer and start asking 15% off and the salesman thinking I am unreasonable.

I managed to pick up a white one fully loaded with carbon edition and B&O sound system. Loving every moment of this vehicle.
Initially i I thought getting 10-15% off sticker will be doable. But because Mercedes recondition all their CPO’s it is very difficult to get that discounted rate.
However i I was able to get a decent discount for the one I picked up.
Goodluck to everyone that is looking for an E63s. You will not be disappointed with this car. It has everything you want in a car.

Where did you end up purchasing if you don't mind my asking? I looked for months and months until I found the perfect car for me, also a white '16, bought middle of January from a dealer in Vancouver. Congrats on the new car!

I attached the exact differences between regular CPO i.e., Star Certified vs. ELW (Extended Limited Warranty) in Canada, which came from my dealer. If anything, I'd say taking the 3rd year of Extended isn't worth the extra $$ since it only covers powertrain at that point.

Good choice going with MY 2016 E63S. Bought mine new built to my specs, and had it delivered few months later I consider myself a very proud owner.
