I buy e63 2012 3 yrs ago put stage 2 eurocharged really like the car but i buy eurocharged turbo upgrade ... paid the turbo receive turbo after 4 month (maybe 6 it made too much time)and(supposed to be 3weeks)and when i open the box the turbo wheel is damaged
...i resend the turbo and eurocharged resend me abother kit so i install on the car and the turbo broke after 10 mile ... i send the turbo to rebuilt and its ok ... at the end of summer i tune the car 717whp and Store the car right after for the winter ... at the start of the summer i ride 1000km and blow the other turbo ... i have to rebuilt this one too ... i going at the track and the transmission with tcu eurocharged upgrade bugg every time and i cannot beat my stage 2 street tire tune with drag radial tire and upgrade turbo ... and at the 2000km later i accelerate to 280 the car fall too much lean and boom ... thats the engine now
And he inspect the turbo too and he have another one to rebuilt ... so after paid the car 60 and put 10000 turbo upgrAde and 10000 in labor and +- 10000 on turbo repair shipping custom fee and all i sell my car for 30 000$ and lose +- 70000$ for 10 000km ... thats the story of my car ! I going to go with another brand next time and for you guy dont make the same error than me ... if you wAnt a reliable car and more money in your pocket 👍
I'd rather have a stock e63 with a tune than that golf, but I don't have to drive it. Sorry you had so much trouble.
I think this platform should just be left alone on stock turbo's w/ tune and exhaust. You aren't going to break any records and it has been proven, at least at this point, that this isn't the platform to take to the next level.
Damn, I had been following your other thread. You had a lot of trouble with this car. As far as I'm concerned, I'd would just do downpipes, tune, meth on this platform.. plenty fast for me.
Je te souhaite une meilleure expérience avec tes autres projets !

So what do you think is the maximum yet safe for torque and hp for m157 tuning with all mods that you have put?
I have the same tune +weistec w3 and producing similar to your stage 2. Still cant believe my hybrid turbo cant do better than stage 2 car (tested with my friend's stg2 car too)
At what boost level psi or bar does your car producing?

my stage 3 has 780 wheel torque. I’m running on this tune for more than 30,000 km now.
Do you have a contact of tasos? What do you think of my result after using weistec w3, upgraded tranny, custom downpipe and WMI. Resulting in 580whp and 900wtq using dynapack dyno? It is head to head to my friend's stage 2 tuned by pp performance.
First off - that’s really ****ty, a lot of money, time and headaches. Sorry to hear, I too have followed your old thread.
The rest aside, and nothing but good things to say about EC, how you go from a fine car like the E63 to a goddamn Golf is beyond me. I understand you grew to hate the car, but holy crap!
Yeah I have had nothing but good experiences with Eurocharged. They will be tuning my E63S here in a month or so.
I've seen folks post about issues with any and every tuner out there. However, I have seen more satisfied clients with EC than any other tuner.
because many people have no idea what ecu calibration is. they think sending ecu or doing it on distance throught dealer ( who remaps , check dyno figures and says f*ck off) is fine.
ofcourse that people will have troubles... not properly remapped car will cause headache
One of the most reputable are Brabus and Kleemann.
EC is defo not good at their job with TT E63 , especially when it goes to st3+
And what’s your 1/4 time m157 on their st3? LOL
Don't know, don't have stage 3 and don't quarter mile my car. Just spirited driving and highway pulls. When you tune hundreds or thousands of cars some things are bound to not work out as intended. This being one of those unfortunate cases. It's a ton of power, things will fail.
Had Kleeman tuning causing hell on my first c63, switched to EC, never looked back.
If you want to spend Brabus money, and you're smart, you'll go with GAD.

Any other ibout is much appreciated
when you say your friend on stage 2, do you mean stock turbos with just tune and downpipes?
I guess you just saved many cars with sharing your experience. If I would modify my car above stage 1, I would consider RENNtech or Weistec. I heard that they are both well reputed manufacturers and tuners. I had a Renntech tune until I took the car for an advanced dyno tune at simon motorsport.

only make “in house” tune , I suggest you renntech.
dont send your ecu if you don’t want to be disappointed with race logic times.

For AMG cars im pretty sure Eurocharged is just as reputable as they are. They do similar work and make similar power from everything ive read.
