ANY RWD E63 M157 RUNNING 10's
Hi new to the forums i have a 2012 Mercedes E63 RWD with a Eurocharged Tune & Catless DP's On 93 Octane best 1/4 mile was 11.2 trying to get in the 10's looking to get the TCU upgrade and meth any input would be great!! best 60 ft 1.86 with RS can't foot brake this car to save my life without boost dying out.

your best bet is to sell your E63 and buy a different car like audi rs7 or bmw m5 and then you will be in the 10s easy

RWD M157 with the same mods here but I’m stuck with one of the country’s slower tracks where DA is typically 3-5k ft so I won’t be seeing 10s in this car. I’m stuck at 11.1 with low 1.7 60ft times on tires and Race Start. Besides seeing a mild reduction in IATs, meth won’t help performance unless you’re tuned for it (speaking from experience). Also, there’s ZERO real world evidence that the Renntech TCU tune actually improves 60ft or 1/4mile performance on an MCT car so if you do get it please post your results!!!!

What tires are you running?? I’m running R888R Toyos. From what I was told if I added meth and got retuned I could have up to 100 WHP gain don’t know how true this is. Think I’m going to get a extra ECU and tune for race fuel and see how much that helps. So is there not one RWD M157 in the 10’s??????????

Even if you decide you still want meth, DO NOT waste your money on their kit. It’s a rebadged AEM kit with ugly red charge pipes for a $2k upcharge. Just buy the AEM kit for $400 and have someone weld in the bungs for the injectors!!

you must retune your car, meth will give good advantage to adjust timings and make car more stable on multiple runs

Go aquamist for meth...
'12 rwd M157 car here and I will be going this route this winter. Car is Weistec Stage 2, catless DPs + Hpipe w/ 2ndary cooler. I believe with meth and tuned for it you'll see 35rwhp +/- but we'll see. I'll report results once I do a before and after on a mustang dyno up here on just tuner change and then with adding meth. Aquamist has been amazing on the boosted Audi's up here w/ built in failsafe ...plus it's what the tuner loves
