Seems about right...one more thing you have to pull the motor for. That and mounting in plastic and it’s not hard to understand why most of us went pre I/C and called it a day.

Yea that is the spot, is that before the IAT sensor as well? Do you think you would have to pull the motor to take off the intake? Looks doable with the engine in the car. What size jets?

dont have to pull the motor, is really pain in the *** if you do it in the car.

i had it pre intercooler, but this will work way better.

Ignorant question - why is mounting in plastic an issue? Do the nozzles get hot?

(And I agree on pulling the motor to do this is, hmm, too much?)

It’s not that it can’t be done, it’s just that it will never be as secure as tapping into aluminum. And if you do screw up it’s not an easy fix...you’re most likely buying another extremely overpriced replacement. Other plastic parts (turbo cooling lines) are already failing on these cars so I’m just scared to even look at them wrong.

Post intercooler pre IAT. If I was to go pre intercooler I would put those nozzles right into the turbo compressor housings. If I was to do it again I might do both pre and post. Let the intercooler take a holiday.
