2016 E63 AMG - Weistec Turbo Upgrade kit....1008 HP
Hello,
I don't know if this is the correct section to post this in, but I cannot find the section for the 2016 E63 AMG. (W212/M157)
I'm wanting to know anyone who might have the Weistec W.4 Turbo Upgrade System, M157. Its supposed to add 458 HP / 310 TQ
I'm wondering if they dynoed their car after doing the kit WITH the additional items that they sday you need to reach the 1008 FWHP.
I'm curious what the RWHP/RWTQ numbers are.....

Thats a waste of time, the manufacturer will never admit that they do not actually make the HP numbers that they advertise......LOL
I posted so I can hear from someone that ACTUALLY installed the kit, WITH the additional performance items......and what HP numbers did they ACTUALLY hit on the dyno.

Weistec makes 1008 HP.
GADs kit cost is also 4 times more expensive.....they are a joke. More money....less power.
Weistecs kit can make 1400 FWHP if you want them to turn up the boost to its max. But they said the transmission will niot last too long.
Weistec also has the record holding fastest cars. GADs does not.
-----I'm trying tyo find anyone with the 1008 FWHP Weistec kit.....and see if they did an independant dyno run to get theirt own numbers. Maybe the Weistec numbers are right on......I'm just curious. I have a 630 FWHP LS engine (normally aspirated) and it dynoed spot on from what the buildert said it would. This is what I'm trying to find out....how accurate are the advertised numbers.

Do the math on what the specs of the turbos should be, and contact Weistec to verify if their flow rates match up or exceed what's needed.

weistec has record holding cars? where are they? never seen on any major events any weistec car. or do they set records in house? lol..
In the end of the day "less power" GAD car will be faster than Weistec one. Or you want it to be dyno queen to show off numbers? Fast car should be fast on road not on dyno.
