Coolant color
Need to know the factory coolant color blue or pink for engine and ic, thanks (M157).

in my 2014 E63s is blue, however dealer told me around mid 2014 they switched to pink or vice versa.
Take your engine cover off and intercooler coolant should be right infront of the ECU

I was not sure cause i have an 2012 with pink color, that mean previous owner change it. thanks.

We did an intercooler pump upgrade on my friend's 2012 E63 and it was blue for sure. But I could be wrong on the date/year change

Cars post 6/2014 uses the RED coolant
Cars pre that day uses the BLUE coolant

There is no consistency. I've seen otherwise identical cars, one with blue, one with red. Just match what's in the system.

The above link says "until April 2014" so I think that means through March 2014 use blue ... post March 2014 use red
