Question Question of factory carbon exhaust/diffuser

So some jackass, who will be left unnamed, and definitely not me.... backed my wagon into a dumpster. It's getting repaired now, but they just told me another 6 week delay for the diffuser. They're telling me they have to order it from RENNTech? Is that the OEM component? I mean I'm not complaining about getting a renn diffuser, but more just curious.

Renntech is not the OEM supplier - did your wagon have a Renntech CF diffuser on it? MB offered a CF package that included the diffuser/exhaust trim in CF, but not the actual part with the fins.

Yeah the diffuser alone is around 3500, and from what I understand, difficult to obtain.

Sorry man, that isnt ideal! Sadly, not many alternatives without changing those exhaust tips to run a different diffuser until the Renntech part arrives. maybe they'll fit with a brabus style - idk. being a wagon makes the parts more scarce.
