I did a light search online to see what's going on with E63 pricing....

Looked at a wagon that's clearly been modded and has 110k miles on it. It has a dash-mounted boost gauge and an "XF Revolution" right next to it. What is that?

It's amazing that literally all of their cars are mint condition, smooth ride, never had pets etc. They must truly be a discerning dealership of the highest standards.

lol yes, they must be very discerning - except for the paint which has more swirls than a soft-serve ice cream shop, and whatever else is wrong with it.

Ouch ....that's about £41,000....a lot more expensive than it would be here with that mileage....normally cars a cheaper there than here.......

I've noticed this as well. Cars in the UK used to be "the same price" as cars in the US - meaning that if a car was $41,000, a similar one could be found for £41,000. That means, due to exchange rate, it was much more expensive in the UK. It seems that, during the pandemic, cars in the UK have continued to follow the typical depreciation curve, while cars in the US have gone crazy. Car pricing in the US is asinine right now. To the point where it's starting to make sense to buy cars in another country and import them to the US, despite the fees and costs to do so.

I looked into this wagon. Those rear quarter panels are "baconed" rolled with paint chipping, terrible condition. It's hard to notice in the pictures.

This thread has taken off a bit - I should mention I am in no way affiliated with the car, dealer, or anything. I am not in the market for another E63, but I like to check out what's for sale every now and then. That odd gauge struck me so I asked about it (prior to searching online). Oh well. Someone will end up with a very questionable E63.

I contacted the dealer about getting a PPI and they would not let the car leave the lot. Said my mechanic could come there. Hard pass.
