Odd thing noticed in E63 for sale
I did a light search online to see what's going on with E63 pricing....
Looked at a wagon that's clearly been modded and has 110k miles on it. It has a dash-mounted boost gauge and an "XF Revolution" right next to it. What is that?

It plugs into the OBD port and accesses real time diagnostics data and a load of other ****e.
I found one on eBay, with the following description from the seller - note the 3rd point below:
“Easy installation. No wiring required. Good for decoration, boost gauge, audible shift indicator, temperature monitoring/warning.
Code scanning & acceleration timing function also available”.

lol yes, they must be very discerning - except for the paint which has more swirls than a soft-serve ice cream shop, and whatever else is wrong with it.

I looked into this wagon. Those rear quarter panels are "baconed" rolled with paint chipping, terrible condition. It's hard to notice in the pictures.

This thread has taken off a bit - I should mention I am in no way affiliated with the car, dealer, or anything. I am not in the market for another E63, but I like to check out what's for sale every now and then. That odd gauge struck me so I asked about it (prior to searching online). Oh well. Someone will end up with a very questionable E63.

I contacted the dealer about getting a PPI and they would not let the car leave the lot. Said my mechanic could come there. Hard pass.
