I looked at the ones ones like the IG ones you mentioned.
The positives for me on those was 1) less work 2) cheaper 3) they are even lighter then OEM CCB. By a fair amount due to smaller size, and the hat material, you REALLY save a lot of weight (see link below)
The downside for me was 1) future parts 2) spares 3) look like stock brakes, smaller diameter 4) heat dissipation. OEM went big because of different heat properties compared to iron. 5) dealer wigging out on warranty work

Good luck finding a full mint set with low miles for $9K lol Those are unicorn type deals that maybe pop up every once every 10 years. New complete sets are $20K+.
Most of the weight savings come from the Carbon rotors anyways and you'll get even more weight savings with factory calipers.
