Smell of gas after driving

Smell of gas after driving
Very odd. After a drive I usually get out and open my rear driver side door as I place my bag in there for work. I have noticed a gas smell from the driver side of the car after a drive. I don't smell it anywhere else around the car. I don't see any leaks anywhere either and the car is driving fine. I don't smell it inside the car either. Has this happened to anyone

W211 had an issue with the tank leaking though I think this was fixed for w212.... anything weird around the fuel cap? Can you pop the seat bottom out in the rear and smell for leaks?

I have a basic scanner, i can start with that. and pull the seats this weekend. Is there a HOW to do that somewhere on here.
I dont smell anything inside the car, but its just apparent when standing by the rear door. I always open it after a drive to get my bag. I dont think there is any greater smell when i open the door. Still no visible leaks.
Ill check in morning if any smell after sitting overnight....
just passed 90000 miles...mostly issue free....... I guess hello Hyundai ionic 5

yep. left side is sender , right side is pump
Been recommened to change both, even tho leak is left side
So 211 also does the same?

both e550's had bad transmissions ... bad batch apparently that year ... failing clutch packs with harsh shifting
