20x9 et32 and 20x10.5 et45 will it fit 265/30/20 front and 305/30/20 rear
I have searched everywhere I am currently running vossen hf2's with 255/30/20 front with a 20x9 et 32 rim. My rears are 295/25/20 with a 20x10.5 et42 rim. I ordered the tires from tire rack which are 265/30/20 fronts and 305/30/20 which are on hold until I can absolutely make sure. I do not mind rolling the fenders I am just tired of the Chicago potholes destroying my vossens I am on my 4th one already yes there have been 2 casualties already. I would love be able to get an answer and am looking forward to potentially testing it out if anyone thinks it might be possible.
EDIT: yes I am on stock suspension and will probably stay stock and I did the search the forum I know that the 265/30/20 will fit but the 305/30/20 I can not find anywhere except for a few cls63's for which I know their hips are wider.
My Current Setup:

Thank you for the info guys after taking that into consideration I ended up going with just a higher profile just to be safe so 255/35/20 fronts and 295/30/20 rears. Maybe when I sell the rims I might try the setup with 19's since I want to get enkei gtc02's for a lightweight setup. Will post pics when the tires arrive and I get swap done on Wednesday.
Edit: I came to this decision based on samze63 sizing since he is running a similar with a 3mm more upfront and 5mm more in the rear.

However the car will rub alot if the car is in sport or sport plus suspension. I never drive the car in sport+ suspension anyways rides like crap. Previous setup was on 295/25 and 265/30 with zero rubbing. However broke two rims due to lack of tire sidewall. This setup been much better.

@Rehabguy@Ed99 The tires arrived early here is the updated setup while parked. Thank you for your advice and for anyone who wants to run this setup the fronts rub at full lock in the back of the wheel well. The rears are ok as long as you do not put it in sport plus which I dont cause F**k Chicago roads and potholes. the ride height is stock and I am in love with how these fill the wheel well and here is to hoping this finally allows my vossens to survive the summer lol.
EDIT: This is literally right after the tires were mounted since I am going to a meet in oak park tomorrow will have updated pics with clean wheels.
Looks like the fender gap has been reduced! Did you lower the car or the larger sidewall is filling in the wheels wells? I like this beefier look. Did you end up going 30 series square?
I remember reading that post you quoted from SAMzE63s. I am sure he went with 35/20s up front and 30/20s in the back.

I ended up going with 255/35/20 front and 295/30/20 in the rear basically added 5mm profile front and rear. This is with stock height no lowering or anything. The car is parked idk if its my car or a general w212 thing but my car lowers down to sport plus height when parked and it looks perfect. Agreed on the beefier look as well as little cool tidbit If I was to lower the car this would be perfect paper thin fitment with rolled fenders.
Here is a pic of the rear with the front left jacked up which ending up tucking the rear right.

The ride is sooo much better and going forward I would recommend the Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02's to anyone here over the ps4's the car in the wet today felt like I was driving on dry, the responsiveness was just unbeatable plus they were overall 400$ Cheaper as a set than the ps4s's. As promised here are some of the pictures with the car washed and the wheels cleaned.
I am surprised OP was able to fit 255/35-20 upfront. Always thought 245/35-20 was the tallest possible upfront on W212.
I'm now running signature forged 20x9et 30 and 20x10.5et52
they came with 255/35/20 and 295/30/20
The fronts rubbed bad on the inner liner while turning.
Replaced With 255/30/20 and they fit perfectly.
I put my 285/25/20 on the rear and they are a bit small, I think a 305/25/20 would fit perfect and it's the same 26" diameter as a the 255/30/20 fronts
I'm kind of surprised 20x10.5et 45s fit at all. that's the equivalent to running 25mm spacers on stock wheels
I was surprised too but that's what the vossen dealer recommended. I went to go blackstar for the rims and Larry chachko specced them (RIP he was the driver that was on the news recently who passed away in a Porsche after an accident during a rally). This setup is amazing when I initially imagined the I wanted perfect fitment that would work not lowered and when lowered would be even better and he delivered. Discovered something after putting 200 miles on her today. The car still does not rub in the rear even on sport plus might be the roundness of the tires might be something else I accidentally put the car in s+ suspension while taking pics and drove off without thinking after 50 miles realized oh **** pulled over on the highway and checked and to my surprise nothing tire looked perfect inside and out.
Hey @SouthSideE63S - just stumbled across this thread while evaluating a new summer setup. Any long term issues with this fitment? 4Matic still happy with the (roughly) 5% increase in rolling circumference in the back and 4% increase in the front? Setup looks great!

Nope no issues whatsoever especially regarding the 4matic. You will get rib in the front fender liner at full lock. here is how the car looks RN and no issues.

Wow. That looks incredible! Thanks for the quick reply and info. I’d love to be able to run the same tire profile on my wagon. Feel free to bless us with more pics!
and one final question: Did you end up lowering the car? Looks like it in the latest pic. If so, any rubbing? I’m on KW HAS.

I am lowered now as well I will give you a slight check I am running continental extreme contact sport 02 which has a side wall that was friendly to this idk if you run ps4s the side wall mibut not be as friendly. Besides that lowering and everything else has not effected me one bit.
these are from Gatlinburg TN when I went down for slammedenuff.
@SouthSideE63S this is fantastic info - thanks so much for the tips. Will look into the Contis as I haven't bought tires yet. Anyone know the rear fitment difference between Wagon and Sedan? I've been combing the relevant threads but haven't found anything.

@kenneyd I think it's even more aggressive - OP started the thread by saying his rears were 10.5" et 42s. @SouthSideE63S can you confirm that you're running et42 in the rear and not et45? I have my finger hovering over the "purchase" button and this discussion has been incredibly illuminating. Thanks all!

Yes I can confirm I am running 10.5 et 42 in the rear these are the readouts from the numbers stamped on the rim.
Old post I know, but 2 points should be made. If you're damaging so many wheels you should probably consider stepping down from 20" to 19". Secondly, wider wheels are more prone to bending than narrower ones.

I was thinking the same but decided against it cause I like my wheels to fill out my wheel wells. Thankfully tho knock on wood just finished a year on these puppies and the larger sidewall has helped a lot. I am running 35 in the front and 30 in the rear and thankfully the wheels were just checked recently and there were no issues at all when I put them away for storage.

One more question (sorry!) @SouthSideE63S - you mentioned that you were only 3mm different in offset upfront compared to @SAMzE63s - but I believe he's on 10" wide rims upfront. Are you as well? Or are you running 9"? Thanks!
