Custom economical wheels Info
My 2002 E55 with big brake kit needs a specific wheel specs to finish it off.
The current set up by the PO is the E63s wheels but it needs a front spacers 5-7 mmm to clear the brakes which I think is causing the subtle vibration at around 80 mph
I can not find a set with front 19 x 9 (et 30) or 19 x 8.5 (et 25) hence the inquiry into economical custom set
Specs desired:
Preferably 5 spoke design
19 x 9 (et 27-30) or 19 x 8.5 ( et 25)
19 x 9.5 (et 38-40) or 19 x 10 (et 45)
What brand wheels shall i look into ?

I mean to be honest. I always go to fitment industries at a low price range keep in mind that there always might be issues but unless you are hitting potholes with a rubber band tire I have yet to see something go drastically bad as long as you have a good amount of profile. Personally if you are trying to save weight enkei has some good options that are available and plus they save you weight. Most of the track guys around me use them and beat on them senselessly so imo they are great.

Anyone know of other options? BC Forged would be close to a $1K per wheel at the specs you are looking for.
I've had a few sets of BCRacing with no issue. They are about $1k per wheel, as mentioned. Strong, no bends, cracks, etc. No production errors.
Forgestar - I ordered a set brand new. They took close to a year to show up in 2015 (aka, pre COVID so no real "supply chain" excuse). They arrived with multiple defects and Forgestar essentially told me to "go f**k yourself." I sold those wheels at a loss, having never even put them on the car because they were awful. Also, they were nowhere near the claimed weight at the time (they were much heavier).

This is the OTHER "Low cost Custom Wheel" company I had found some time ago:
This company offers stuff that's over $1300/wheel in 3 piece form. Haven't cared enough to search too deeply for reviews. Off the top of my head I remember reading that ESR started off like XXR or Rota (knock off brand) and later expanded into selling "better" stuff.
You are correct. ESR is XXR tier product. I would never pay $1,300 a set (even for 3 pc forged), nevermind per wheel. The brand itself is synonymous with 'eBay' wheels.
I have a set of forgestars on my Tesla. No issues, 21” they were perfect until I gave the car to my wife to drive 😅
I’m looking for a low priced, forged wheels for my car and it’s down to Aodhan and Stance. Just not sure if gonna go with 19s or 20s

Wow! You got 21s on a vehicle that can fit 19s... guessing your Forgestars must must be riding on rubber bands! I typically would not throw on tires any lower than 30 in profile...but, most importantly, would be trying not to hit potholes at speed. "Some people" seem to think "that's what the suspension is for".
