OEM Front Brake Rotors 2014-2016 E63
The MB part# is 212-421-05-12. The OEM is Brembo. The Brembo part number is 09.A945.33. This fitment can be confirmed on both the MBUSA and Brembo web sites. The rotors are made in Italy (according to both the MB and Brembo boxes). From MB the price is usually astronomical (today on the MBUSA parts site they're listed for $1,720 each). The MB branded part can sometimes be found for less on ebay or elsewhere. On the Brembo Store USA site they're usually about half that price ($832 today) but they're just about always out of stock and sometimes not even listed. A recent email to Brembo USA confirmed the fitment and that they're often not available directly from Brembo in the USA but readily available from MB dealers. The Brembo branded part is not always easy to find in the USA retail market, but sometimes can be found for under $500 each.
The OEM part often discussed on this forum for 2014-2016 E63 and the one many retailers (including FCP Euro) say is the correct fitment is MB 219-421-02-12. This is Brembo part number 09.9764.23. Both the MBUSA parts site and the Brembo USA site both say this is not the correct part. Looking at the fitment table on the MB site, the part is correct for various AMG models including the 2007-2011 E63. The price is significantly lower than the correct part.
Comparing the two parts using personal experience at the dealer parts counter and the pictures/schematics on the Brembo USA site, it's apparent that the drilled hole patterns are significantly different and the hat colors are different (silver for the correct part and black for the incorrect). On the schematics, most key measurements seem identical. The correct part is listed as being a bit heavier.
So my only intent here is to attempt to provide info on what the correct OEM part is. Many people on this forum and elsewhere seem to have deployed the part for the earlier E63 successfully on the facelift model and of course there are many non-OEM options as well. To each his/her own. I ended up having my indy MB shop source and install the correct Brembo-branded part (they found a good price) and am very happy to have kept my car factory original. I know that's not something that's important to some others.
Hope this helps. Please correct any inaccuracies I may have provided.

Mercedes says part# 212-421-05-12 with the silver hat and seven courses of drilled holes between each of the three slots (see pics and technical drawings in earlier post) is factory correct for 212 E63 with the 5.5L V8:
This part is manufactured in Italy by Brembo and available as part# 09.A945.33 from Brembo and in the retail market. It's also correct for various other 2011-2023 AMG vehicles.
Here's an MBUSA screenshot indicating correct fitment for 2014-2016 (facelift) E63 S:

So I have no idea why MB switched to a different Brembo front rotor when they rolled out the 2012 E63 with the 5.5L V8. The newer part is certainly more expensive and more difficult to obtain as a Brembo part in the USA. Do the alterations to the patterns for the holes, dimples, slots, and venting pillars (see Brembo technical drawings) of the newer part improve performance? Are the parts interchangeable as some (e.g. FCP Euro) suggest? I'm not sure on either question. For me, if the newer factory correct part is available for a reasonable price (in either a Mercedes or Brembo box) that's what I'm going for on my 5.5L E63. Opinions may vary.
my understanding is that two-piece rotors are better for heat, dissipation, less warping, less weight, better performance, and one piece rotors are cheaper to make with less of these inferior qualities
this is all in general, no idea the nuances of Brembo products
Brembo P50127N Premium Ceramic Front Disc Brake Pad
Brembo P50110N Premium Ceramic Rear Disc Brake Pad
You would think you would have great success with matching Brembo rotor and pad parts.

also I never had an issues with brake noise - not when the car was new and not with these replacement rotors and pads
Will these fit my 2015 E63 s? I found the same part # on ebay for a good price but when I plug in my year make and model it says it doesn’t fit. I crossed referenced the # on FCP and on there they say it will fit. Is this just a typo on EBay’s part you think?

I also reached out to FCP and they sent me this one as the “correct” https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/mer...mer-2124210512
Both one show “will fit” so I’m just wondering which one I should be going with?

2194210212 is for the earlier cars (up to 2011) with 6.3L engine.
You can confirm this fitment at the official MBUSA parts site: https://mbparts.mbusa.com/
All the details, including the Brembo part numbers, are in this thread.
