also you said "I love cooling" - have you considered:
- a meth system,
- oil solenoid mod,
- different oil viscosities,
- main fan on more frequently,
- removing decorative plastic shields from engine bay
- ethanol tune

Jake dyno tuned my 63 for both 93 and 100
octanes tunes. Haven't had any issues once they worked through their buggy first iteration 93 tune. They're local to me which has been great - when they were in WC now they're in Batavia
hopefully you'll gain more info from others here, not many have done much with cooling on this level.
the radiator fan is programmed to come on quicker and stay at higher speeds longer on my tunes, you can ask Jake/AMS about this; in the mid east "gulf mode" is simply them running this fan faster and more frequently for better cooling
and I hate mixing, and Sunoco 100 is readily available to me and I don't have to worry about fuel pumps or ethanol issues. And when I wanna do e40, I pop that ecu in, and when I wanna go 93 ams tune, etc etc
i have the edok tcu tune, love it. When did ams start getting back into the amg m157 game again? Last I talked with them they phased that out
