Looks like H26 - designo Magnolia w/ Flowing Lines wood trim and H06 - High Gloss Brown Ash wood trim trims are missing also.

They better offer something similar on the AMG lineup in the next few months! I'm still lost as to why the standard cars would get designo treatment and the premium one wouldn't and I sincerely hope its just because its a new launch.

I love the designo black + titanium gray package 961+P62.

Did anyone catch the error in the AMG Performance Exhaust System (U78) description? (I checked the sedan order guide and the descriptions are definitely different.)

Sure would be nice to get the saddle brown throughout the interior without the two tone dark grey or black on the dashboard, tops of doors and lower center console. I think that would be a simple change that would elevate MB interiors.

anyone notice the change in CR from current 5.5L M157 to new 4.0L going from 10.5:1 to 8.6:1 ? obviously most likely because of the much higher boost it will run. Should give some nice headroom for making some big tuning gains before reaching knock to where usually have to then run race gas to get anymore gains beyond that point

I was also surprised to read in either a carandriver or motortrend article (forget which one) that the new e63s will be a little heavier than the outgoing model by about 100lbs or so, wasn't expecting that.

I have seen weight listed higher, lower, and the same between the W212 and W213. Until I see something specific from Mercedes, I will take the AMG website as being accurate:
Here is the W212 MY16 order guide:
And AMG's MY17 specifications from the AMG website (https://www.mercedes-amg.com/e63s_my...edia_section):
The curb weight conversion has the W212 = 4,276 lbs, W213 = 3,979 lbs (1,880 kg - 75 kg (EU kerb weight conversion) = 1,805 kg = 3,979 lbs). Even if you don't do the EU conversion, the curb weight is 4,145 lbs (over 100 lbs lighter).

These numbers also look way off as most places have the curb weight for the w212 much closer to 4500+ lbs than 4200 lbs
ita really all over the place and we have no idea.

Like for like (german) comparison for E63S 4matic+: w212 = 1940Kg, w213 = 1950Kg
Also:
"The last-generation E63 S we tested in 2014 produced 577 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque, made 60 mph in 3.4 seconds, and ran to the end of a quarter mile from a dead stop in 11.6 seconds at 121.8 mph. It also weighed 4,511 pounds. AMG says that the new car weighs about the same (I’d guess another 100 or so pounds heavier),"

Thanks!
It looks like all the really fun stuff is E63S exclusive. I guess it will top out at 130K plus fully loaded. The carbon brakes alone being 10K plus. Even the sport exhaust "magic fart button" is 63S only. I'm surprised that the track dimensions are almost identical to between the 43 and 63 the main difference in size being the extra inch grafted to the front to fit the bigger engine. I am however very disappointed at the E43 130mph limiter, it will be a pain to find someone to get rid of that, particularly given that any further tuning is really not necessary since its already a "tuned" engine. They should have kept the euro 155 limit. The brake comparison plainly shows that the E43 brakes are simply the previous MB "sport" brakes "transformed" with AMG paint.
On another note it should give the new Acura NSX a run for its money and still be cheaper! The NSX with carbon brakes is 175K. Who would ever think that the E 63S could be considered a super car "value" proposition compared to Honda
