Wow!??! Are you in US or Canada and who are you getting this indication from? Was encouraged that maybe with release of pricing that vehicle release was soon to follow(at least July). I have to say that dealer was still very noncommital as to release saying that they still have no idea.

In suburb of Philly. Car has been in Port of Baltimore since first week of June.
Dealer is saying first week of July or sooner. Claims most new AMGs have taken a month to clear certification. Car has always been slotted for a July release according to him.

MY18 E-Class sedan order guide
I added prices (from the known orders) to the 5/30/17 order guide. I left most of the E43 prices $tbd, except for a few from the U.S. configurator). Note: there are some conflicting prices in the order guide (listed as "All Models") when compared to the E43 U.S. configurator (example: Panorama Roof is $1000 on the known E63S orders and $1090 on the E43 U.S. configurator).

This maybe small but was wondering why is it extra for the Sun Protection Package (other then the Double sun visors) with the manual rear sunshades if it comes standard with E63s which is powered? Is powered prone to breakage? For the folks who ordered there E63S is NFC listed as standard?

I wonder if Mercedes will include other options when building these cars? Otherwise, might be kind of a bare bones car - other than the Edition 1 bits of course.
For example, the Edition 1 car I saw at the LA auto show last year had the ceramic brakes. That shows up as one of the stand alone options - an $8950 option.
Same for 3d sound system and a few others that folks might want.
Then because there's only going to be 213 of them in the US, there's the additional dealer bend over fee that gets tacked on to the MSRP . . .

New wrinkle. Just heard that the code 489 Air Body Control Air Suspension option isn't available at this time and I would have to wait for delivery until possibly December.
Anyone have experience with that? With/without?
I don't really want to wait, but then again I've already waited over 50 years for the car, what's a few more months for an option that I'll enjoy for the next 10 years or so?

Thanks mtwoi, that was really helpful.
I looked again at the DOG and indeed, the standard equipment lists the Sports Suspension based on AIR BODY CONTROL as one of the included items.
So, following back up with the dealer to investigate further. This is my first European Delivery and we've been trying to get the date set around my and my family's schedule and a delay till December would certainly be a bit of a wrinkle.
Though it would make it a nice Christmas present ;-)

2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
I can understand your confusion. I got confused by a lot of things as you can see in previous posts and it's easy to do. There's some misinformation out there and a lot of new and different things. But yes, I do believe mtwoi is correct in his assessment. I ended up with some massive confusion on my 2012 today. Dealer told me my extended warrantee was cancelled in May, it was suppose to be good until December of 2018, trying to sell the car now so I really need that warrantee. Turns out another Mercedes dealer that I was looking at another car had my vin number and cancelled my warrantee, yep, all it takes is some keystrokes and it's cancelled. Now I'm working hard to try and get it reinstated, nobody has ever heard of this happening but it happened to me. I was just looking at that other car and never signed anything or put any money down on it, crazy stuff.

So, to address the elephant in the room...
Now that prices are out and I imagine deliveries coming up, anyone out there broached deals or lease pricing? I know that some of you have already worked out an agreement with your dealer for % off MSRP however I did not do such a thing( I am working with a dealer that I do not have a relationship with). I am trying to avoid an 11th hour negotiation with the car in front of us and at a time where you as buyer have the least leverage. This is a car admittedly that the dealer clearly has an upper hand of course. I am leasing and hoping that this car will have a high residual value that will offset the effects of MSRP and likely standard money factor.

Yeah I know. Am hoping that brand new model would mean resid of 60%. Have heard of amg MF of .0023 but again am hoping for a .0020. Can only hope
