Hey guys,

Im ordering a E63s in selenite gray magno (matte gray)

I love carbon fiber but feel that the glossy black night package looks amazing on the matte gray due to the contrast. I also noticed that the carbon fiber exterior elements blend in to the gray too much while the black gloss creates a "pop."

I built the matte gray e63s with night package but opted for the carbon fiber trunk spoiler as a black one was not offered to match the night package.

Can anyone help me find a photo of a matte gray e63s 2018, with a carbon fiber spoiler or even carbon fiber package all around. I only have so much time till my order can't be modified further.

I just dont know if I should do all the carbon fiber options on the exterior or half or even none.

Any help would be great!

Night pack all the way, no fiber at all.

I ordered the same color and exterior cf as you initially. I am having second thought on the cf now as it is too pricey and will likely go with just night package only.

But you really love the cf look and budget allows, then by all means and go for it.

gloss black rear diffuser & color painted spoiler

Do the night package and then simply wrap the spoiler in gloss black to match it. This will look the best and properly matched up all around.

Both look great. You can combine those packages but the CF is $$$$. I love the midnight all the way around. I hopefully have an ED 1 coming soon...this is awesome as well

I was also place in CF then changed to night package as I was concerned about up keep of CF when cleaning car, dents, or scraps on CF.

Very true. I've settled with having them wrapped with PPF. That should take care of most of it. For the rest of it, praying should work.

Also had the same idea with placing PPF. My only concern is will PPF protect CF from UV (turning it yellow) after say two or more years out.

I'm not too sure mate. First car I've personally owned that has this much exterior carbon on it. I will be getting the entire thing wrapped in PPF though, not just the carbon. I haven't heard of any exterior CF pieces turning yellow though. Not on just this, but on any car.

Amg63, I agree.

Keeping it night styling will make everything match up and save a few bucks.

Can anyone help me find a photo of a matte gray e63 with carbon exterior element. I cant find a clear one anywhere

this video is not matte grey. It is black. It has the night package + cf exterior trims (except mirror housing)

It has CF front lip and rear diffuser. I cannot tell if the rear spoiler is body color painted (black) or it is cf.

this video is matte grey. It has the night package + cf exterior trims (@ 1:15 mark, you can see the cf rear spoiler). Notice the quad exhaust is not black chromed as it should be (under the traditional night package option). It might be Euro version (earlier ones)
