I知 liking the gauge readouts in dynamic mode in the center screen
I like the throttle and brake force percentage on the right side. You can see I’m at 100 percent throttle (top photo, this was with the engine off). Bottom photo was 0 percent, not throttle. It’s a good test to make sure the hand controls are taking the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor. This car is a engineering guys dream, loving it. Does anybody know what the -2 degrees means in the top photo? In the bottom photo with no throttle being applied it say's 0 degrees? Even I don't know that, looks like there is circle around the left front wheel. You can see my ghost in the reflection from the screen, lol. A lot of 212 owners are gonna want a 213 something tells me.

Your gonna love the car, I'm really warming up to this car, I just hit 3000 miles on it already after 3 weeks of ownership. At first I was unsure of certain things with this car, but the more I drive it the better I feel about the car. I just gotta find the time to fabricate some kind of screens for the front intercoolers and the lower part of the Radiator, I tried to get Benz to do something about it, but not having much luck. If a stone punches through either spot I own it, warrantee probably will not cover it even though it's not my engineering mistake.

Yes, your right, the degrees refers to the steering angle. Very cool screen readouts though and I like the way the ambient lighting can be made two tone, I change around the settings once every couple of days or so.

You can make the lights on the doors green and the lights running under the dash blue for example. You can also make the ambient lights cycle different colors and also change color in unison with the climate control, goes red when you turn up the temp and blue when you turn it down.

But user E634Me did mention that cars built after 10/10 have some interior lighting changes and minor updates. Perhaps that's what this is..
I know these systems came out with the facelifted S-Class, didn't know they've quietly been ported to the E.

My car was produced the 3rd week in September, It only works on certain colors, I actually found it accidentally. You have to have the right things checked off under the ambient light settings for this to work. Currently I have the Sunburst yellow setting selected for the doors and dash and under the dash it is neon blue.

The Multicolor at the top must be checked as in the picture, but do not check the multicolor animation item. When you scroll through the different colors the under the dash and door handle led's will be different colors than your doors, it's also possible to get three different colors for the door handles, the doors and the under the dash lead's. In the preview box in the above photo you can see the combo of red and blue and you can see that the under the dash led is blue and the led that runs along the dash is red, there are many different color combos, I guess all combined is what counts as the 64 color combos. As far as just solid colors there is no where near that amount of colors.

Here is the infamous don't forget your key notation which also illuminates when getting in the car. Maybe Benz did this incase somebody did actually get in the car with no key and was getting in the car to drive off and the key was on the counter in the kitchen or something? I dunno.

How can it be possible for the same car of the same year ?

Simply click on vehicle then go to lights then ambient lighting and the screen should be there. Post a picture of what you see when on the ambient lighting screen just curious. I guess they must have changed this. Mine is similar to the S class. Same screen configuration. Are u in the USA? My car was built mid sept so fairly new build.

The delivery guy at the factory told me there had just been a recent refresh.
As my car started it’s build on 10/10/17, I got the update.
I would imagine this is something that would be upgraded via a flash by the dealer if the car goes in for service.

Yes I壇 think so. I知 going to ask next time I知 in for service if there is any other thing that can be put on the screen when entering the car other than don稚 forget your keys. Good day 😊. Or something like that.

Wow, thats very different from my screen on ambient lighting. Hopefully when your in for service you can get that updated. The newer software is very similar to the S class cars.
