Just received my handheld lowering module for my E43. I put together a quick video showing how easy and fully customizable it is to use, you can set any ride height in mm. By far the best lowering system I've used on any car! The Ebay seller MBCANSOLUTIONS created a very good product and he said that he has plans to make it even more customizable in the future!

Looks really good, what setting or how lowered do you have your E43. Also which wheels are those?

I was wondering if the E63 wheels would fit on the E43. Good to know they will. I have the renntech module. I know, way overpriced. It's on the default lower setting, so not sure the exact dimensions.

In the pictures the front & rear is set at -32mm from the OEM settings, it is also in Sport+ mode so that lowers it another 20mm or so (roughly 52mm total). My wheels are actually E63 reps, I bought them on Ebay as a secondary set for me to beat up around town

The best part for me is that you can do the adjustment right on your steering wheel without α tablet and all 4 corners can be adjusted independently.
This is what I plan on buying. The renntech sucks imo because you need an android device to change the height. The loweringmodule.com unit seems much better being able to change the height from the steering wheel and having the level displayed on the gauge cluster.

I wanna order this but can you confirm the car returns to normal ride height at speed so I don’t have to have the car aligned after lowering.

The only difference I believe is that the Renntech module raises the car at speed to stock height (adjustable) while the Ebay one works more like links. So an alignment may be needed for Ebay one...
I spoke to renntech it does not raise to car to stock height at speed on the w213. He said only the older ones.

I am not sure if it does that. Feel free to message the seller on Ebay to confirm.

Mine does not... at least as far as I can tell or have been told. As I understand it, his module overrides the car's definition of what the default ride height is so any change the car decides to make after using the module will be relative to that, e.g. the "raise your vehicle" doesn't raise it as high as it did before. I'll add, though, that this is my best interpretation based on observation, it's possible I missed something (since I'm in the car and don't get to see it raising itself at 80mph).

interesting. I suppose this is due to the fact that they are programming the Airmatic direct via ODBII instead of intercepting/modifying the info in the old modules.

At this point it literally makes no sense to purchase the Renntech.

I know it doesn’t.
Edit. This was meant for the Ebay module. No height adjustment at speed

Are you happy with your purchase? I’m thinking of going this route with spacers ‘

I’ve done it

My spacers are en route. I’m happy at factory height until I hit the track then I’ll lower it for track days.

What module did you use Vic? Or did you use Benz factory software?

I ordered 3/4 of the Vic55 Special from Supreme... I had a set of 15mm HR spacers from my GTS that fit so I only ordered the 12mm and 4 sets of bolts lol.

Im gonna get a bit dirty and fit everything this weekend.

I have a long time friend who was an AMG tech who opened his own store by my house and is a sponsor here. He can lower the car by just going underneath and tweaking a few things which is where Im at now. But I kinda like the ebay module cause I want to drop the car a bit more and then see how its plus I want the option to really adjust it for conditions. Having my buddy do this would not make sense. Buying the Renntech would not make sense either.

As for spacers, I run 15mm fronts and 12mm rears via Supreme Power (sponsor here) in Fullerton CA.

Edit: to be clear, there are sensors underneath that set ride height, these are easy to manipulate but getting the right height when setting the car down is the art. Benzworks is my go to here in CA and they were able to lower my car in about 45 min for a nominal cost (no hardware no software) but I still am getting the module cause as I said, I need to drop it more but with the option to bump up quickly.

Nice brother, I dont think you will get too dirty as the spacers are plug and play. Smart move on the bolts as the GTS ones from H&R wont work with our hubs out front.

yeah. It’s just cheap insurance to spend the extra $30 lol. I’ve done the spacers before. It’s fun..

A few of us here are running 15mm/12mm spacers and the eBay lowering setup with good results.
