I always run sport plus which is same height setting via OEM as race (6/10ths inch lower than the comfort) so Ill duplicate this probably. The good thing is since we drive in the more aggressive modes from the start there is no further reduction in height at speed. So anyone who is worried about their car dropping further at 75 mph or higher just needs to stay out of C mode.
i might have been in Sport Plus mode, come to think of it.
That said, Airmatic and ABC leveling is really picky. Anytime the car isn’t 100% level, the car will always be higher or lower on a corner/side...

I think we've addressed most of the questions posed around how the device works relative to stock air suspension behavior and Renntech.
That said, I confirmed earlier today that I'm lowered -28mm (per the dongle, not a tape measure) and that it drops a further 'x'mm in Sport/Sport+. I don't personally drive in either of these modes, rather, I use individual with engine/tranny in Sport+ but suspension in Comfort so I'm unclear as to whether the car drops further at speed. There's no specific question here--unless someone knows the answer to my implicit question above--just additional info.

The drive modes, not the suspension settings, control if the car drops an additional 15mm at 75mph... only Comfort mode does this while all other "drive modes" drop the car the 15mm from initial setting. The only time one would see an adjustment is if the car was in Comfort (drive mode not susp setting) and was changed to any of the other drive modes: Eco, Sport, Sport, Sport+, Race)

Well just for clarity...Im basing what Ive seen and read from a stock car and my car which is not currently lowered via module. Its never any lower or any higher when I start or stop the car but if I change it to Comfort via the drive button it will go up that 15mm.

So for the E63s, in Individual mode, the suspension setting defines the ride height. In comfort and sport, it will not lower. In sport plus, it will. When I say, it will not lower it actually does at speed, but not at the usual 77mph as listed but only over 130mph. So probably a non-issue for most US drivers.
What is interesting is that the car lowers less than even an E300 (only 10mm). I think this is why there is so much confusion about expected ride heights...
But this consistent drop should make any alignment more reliable, if needed. Pick the mode you drive in, lower the car to desired height and then align. It will be spot on at any speed...
Here the suspension info for the E63s:

Leave it to Mercedes to make a simple thing more complex. Both Airmatic and ABC on most AMG's actually behaves quite different than their non-AMG (and 43) brethren. This is made worse by MB not posting the proper user manuals online...

So I guess if I turn the car off in Sport Plus, the car will stay lowered until you start it up again and then it will raise up to the Comfort setting since this is the default?

This is just too much LOL... So the drive modes control the ride height unless you run Individual and then it becomes the suspension set up. I only run individual and hit 130 plus maybe once or twice a day when I drive it so I guess if Im lowered about 25mm right now, it will go to 35mm at 130 plus?
If the suspension height indicator on the left side of screen sits at zero, your suspension is in Comfort or Sport (in terms of height). If in Sport+ you see the suspension indicator dropped to -1. If at zero, just drive above 130mph and you'll see the indicator drop to -1 as well.

If you drive in Sport Plus, park the car for a bit and then start driving in Comfort mode, the suspension will actually stay in Sport plus (you should see the two lights on the suspension switch in the middle console). It's get overridden if you change the actual drive mode to whatever you then select.
But if you park the car overnight, next time you start the suspension mode will be set to comfort as well.
MB decided to remember the suspension setting for a while (don't know the exact time), this is the same for our SL. Caveat; our E is an Edition 1 so I am not sure if MB decided to change that behavior for later builds (as they updated other software/hardware during MY18). Quick to test...

Ok I have the module and I have swiped right twice to bypass stock and low... its now on custom. How to proceed from here to get the front and rear adjustments? (I clicked on the mouse and its sitting at Custom).
Edit found thisChanging Custom configuration level (2-nd menu position)
Once tap the BACK button on your Track Pad to enter the editing mode.
Use left and right swipes on your Track Pad to select front or rear wheels to set up.
Use up and down swipes on your Track Pad to adjust the selected pair of wheels.
Again tap the BACK button on your Track Pad to save current settings.

I've asked (nay, pleaded with) him to refactor the code to use the jog dial since the swiping is a bit hit or miss sometimes.
Is it all working?

Module works nicely- and Im running -10mm front and -15mm rear plus my previously lowered car via my tech (assuming about 22mm). I took the car up and down my local toll roads and hit speeds past 130 mph and went thru the undulations with no rubs and no bottoming out.
